How to blur or pixelate a video online:
First, you need to bring your video over to the Flixier library. You can either drag and drop it from your computer, bring it over from the cloud or paste in a YouTube link if your video is hosted there.
Go to the Shapes menu and add a square mask. Drag it over the area of the video that you want to censor and then select the desired effect. You can choose how long you want the effect to remain on screen by dragging on the mask item on the timeline.
Once you’re done editing your video, just click the export button and your video will be ready to be downloaded or published online in 7 minutes or less!
