How to add a glitch effect to your video:
Click the Get Started button above and import the video that you want to apply a glitching effect to. You can drag it over to your Library from your computer or bring it over from various cloud storage services. If it’s a clip from your Twitch account, just link your accounts together to bring it over directly.
Cut out the portion of the video that you want to apply the Glitch effect to and then select it, go to the Effects tab on the right side of the screen and click on Glitch. Use the sliders to adjust the effect and get it just right.
Once you’re done applying your glitch effect, click the Export button in the top right corner. Your video will be ready for download in 3 minutes or less. You can also choose to publish it straight to YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook.
